1. Who is responsible for your information

2. Information we receive

When you send a wholesale enquiry, the form asks for:

• company name, country, and business type;
• contact name and work email address;
• product interests, estimated volume, and any requirements you choose to provide.

The website’s hosting and security infrastructure may also process standard technical request information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access. A pseudonymous identifier derived from the request address is kept briefly for rate limiting.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond, prepare requested product or commercial information, protect the form from abuse, and maintain necessary business correspondence.

Depending on the request, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible business agreement and/or is based on AETHERA’s legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and operating a secure website.

4. Form delivery and service providers

The form sends your enquiry through a Supabase Edge Function. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse, Upstash holds short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit counters, and Resend delivers the enquiry to AETHERA by email. The website does not create an enquiry database.

Netlify, Supabase, Cloudflare, Upstash, Resend, and AETHERA’s email provider may process information where necessary to host, secure, transmit, and deliver the enquiry. Their processing may take place in other countries under the safeguards applicable to those providers.

5. Local storage and cookies

The site stores your chosen language in your browser’s local storage so it can be restored on your next visit. AETHERA does not use advertising or analytics cookies on these pages. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security data when you use the enquiry form.

6. How long information is kept

The website and Edge Function do not save the enquiry in an application database. Resend states that it retains email data for 30 days unless its eligible content-storage option is enabled. The delivered message remains in AETHERA’s mailbox and is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting business relationship, resolve disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

7. Your data-protection rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may ask to:

• access or correct your personal information;
• erase it or restrict how it is used;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• receive information you provided in a portable format where applicable.

To exercise a right, email AETHERA using the address above. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

8. Security and data minimisation

AETHERA limits the form to information useful for a wholesale response and uses reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not submit sensitive personal information through the free-text field.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
